Appointments are available as early as 7:30 am and ending as late as 6:30 pm

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you.  We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.

Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary greatly, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated portion, if any, is requested at the time of service. The remaining Insurance portion is billed directly to the Insurance Company so you don’t have to worry about it. We work hard to make sure you can maximize any insurance you have.

Scheduling
Early morning, afternoon and early evening appointments are available to accommodate you and your kid’s busy schedule. Please call our office to make an appointment that fits your needs.

Your Appointment
We value your time! Therefore, we do not overbook our schedule in anticipation of cancellations. With rare exception, your child will be seen on time and the appointment completed in the time allotted for your appointment. We ask that a 24-hour notice be given for cancellations.

Emergencies
There is always a dentist available for emergencies by calling the office phone number 24 hours a day. And, after hours and special weekend appointments are available when necessary. Of course, if there is a life threatening emergency, please proceed to the nearest emergency room or call 911.
